Who operates DBPass
Operator: [to be provided by the owner]. Contact: use the contact form. Governing law: [to be provided by the owner]. Effective date: [to be set at launch].
What records mean
Records are compiled from public sources and community contributions. A verification status describes how one specific statement is supported (for example, that a crew finished third). It is not a guarantee that the statement is true, and an official result for a crew does not by itself prove who was in that crew.
Contribution terms
- Contribute only information you believe is accurate and that you have the right to share.
- Summarize facts in your own words and link sources; do not upload copyrighted documents you have no right to share.
- You grant DBPass a non-exclusive licence to publish structured facts derived from your contribution, with credit to your display name. [Exact licence wording to be confirmed with legal review.]
- Contributions are reviewed by moderators before publication and may be edited, merged or declined. Previous versions are kept in the revision history.
Acceptable use
No impersonation, false identity claims, coordinated confirmations, harassment, scraping that disrupts the service, or publishing other people's private information. Accounts that do this may be suspended and their confirmations discounted.
Moderation and corrections
Anyone, with or without an account, can request a correction or removal. Payment never affects corrections, verification or rankings.
Independence
DBPass is independent. Listing an organization, or having a verified representative of it, does not mean the organization endorses or partners with DBPass. Any partnership will be stated explicitly on the organization's record.
